I just started university and so many people do not seem to achieve (we are all in a new place, I think some people are nervous), but the people are good when you start talking to them. You should have many opportunities and questions about homework, tests, where something in school and stuff. And you try to start a conversation. If there is a place where the students are and try to socialize it. It is easier when you try to speak only to the girls to insert before you leave in / asked.
